Bishop Wayne Malcolm (Keynote Speaker)

Although very committed to his church work, Wayne travels extensively as a motivator and teacher sharing innovative ideas. With over 17 years speaking experience on four continents, Wayne has addressed a variety of groups, associations and organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Author of 15 titles and producer of numerous audio learning programmes, Wayne is the founder and president of the International Coaching Achievers Network (ICAN), an organisation committed to training speakers and coaches. Wayne started his professional career as a successful financial services consultant. In 1988 he left finance to enter the Christian ministry and soon became the leader of one of London’s largest church congregations. Wayne is also a singer/songwriter and the host of his own radio and TV programmes.
Ian Green (Keynote Speaker)
Since Ian Green founded Next Level International in 1992, NLI has become a progressive global organisation with established offices in The United Kingdom, New Zealand, United States and Canada. With more recently founding The Proton Foundation, Ian is actively fulfilling his vision to see positive cultures created in cities and communities around the globe. He is a visionary leader, a sought after conference speaker who travels internationally on a regular basis. Married to Judith, they have two children, Sophie and Morgan and live in Bedworth, England.
Charles Robinson
Charles and Liz Robinson are founders of WISE International Ministries and are Senior Pastors of Tree of Life International Prayer and Praise Center in Austin, Texas. They are also owners of a real estate investment and property management company. Together, they have over 40 years of business and management experience in marketing, project management, systems analysis, software management, business process development, and are experienced pastoral, individual, marriage and family counselors. Additionally, they are widely sought after for their acumen for developing spiritual leadership in marketplace ministries. Charles is a board member of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) USA.
Jean Lupton
For twenty five years Jean Lupton was the Managing Director of Dream Machine, the country’s leading motorcycle paintwork company founded in 1977 (www.dream-machine.co.uk). She is the joint owner of Dream Machine and is now employed by the company as a consultant. Jean opened a Christian bookshop in Long Eaton in 1986 and has been an Alpha Regional Advisor since 1994 and a speaker at Christian events here and abroad. She has a powerful testimony involving a tragic accident and a miraculous healing.
Rick Brawn
Rick Brawn recently joined Rolls-Royce plc as Managing Director of Aero Repair & Overhaul, an organisation employing 720 people with an annual turnover of £370 million. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Rick worked for Pratt & Whitney of United Technologies Corporation for 17 years where he held various general management roles in Singapore, Michigan – USA, and most recently in Stavanger, Norway. Rick joined Pratt & Whitney in 1991 as an engineer directly from university when he graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Prior to that, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School were acheived. Rick is married to Heather and they have four wonderful children, three boys and a girl, ages 12, 9, 7 and 5.
